Quality Assurance is an important step in the website development process. You want people who visit our site to feel confident about the quality of the information they find.

Job Description:

  • Data collection and data analysis.
  • Work with QA manager to plan and prepare for testing.
  • Review individual feature sets, reported fixes, and full regressions.
  • Test site functionality and site analytics, review site performance, copy and visuals across supported devices and browsers.
  • Report bugs in JIRA, following proper JIRA workflow and company processes.
  • Collaborate with project team to identify and find fixes for reported bugs or glitches.
  • Provide feedback in a timely manner to QA requests.
  • Participate in project scrums according to the agile process.
  • Creation and maintenance of content for web pages that are intended for global audiences through CMS authoring tools.
  • Provide status updates of open tasks to Project Managers, QAA Manager and/or clients.


  • English speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Advance computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore, or any other blogging or content management tools.
  • Quality Assurance experience is ideal.
  • Programming experience: knows how to read and write code to help find potential issues. Preferably experience working within Javascript, HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and runners such as Selenium or others is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience as a developer, QA Engineer, SDET or similar QA role or in the technological field.
