Summary/Objective
As part of a dedicated creative team, you will collaborate with other production designers and work directly with the Art Director and production team in supporting the needs of our high-profile clients. This position is responsible for the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform digital work, focusing mainly on resizing and creating variations for display banners.
Your work will be largely process driven and require an acute eye for detail and the ability to self-manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet demanding deadlines. Your day-to-day work will involve utilizing provided assets and resize them to the appropriate specs, always taking into consideration the specifications related to each unit and maintaining brand integrity.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the fullest understanding of graphic design, layout design and typography. They should be able to take creative direction well and implement accordingly within set guidelines and parameters. As a member of this team, you need to be collaborative and detail-oriented, always striving for accuracy.
This is a 100% remote working job; however, the company also has a physical office space for you to work if needed or preferred. Additional guidelines and requirements regarding remote working will be provided if accepted for this role.
It is required that you reside en la ciudad de Panama o el área oeste. You must either be Panamanian or an extranjero with a work permit.
You will need a clear understanding of the English language since most of the information and direction exchanged between the team will be in English.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a 6-month contract to start, with the possibility for continued employment.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the established core work hours (Mon Fri) and must work at least 35 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
