Job Summary:
ERI is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full time job opening for the position of Latin American Sales Manager. Reporting to the VP of Global Water Sales Operations and the Global Sales Director. The Latin America Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned territories customer accounts base from a sales perspective, develop, strengthen and further the relationship with assigned customers, and expand the customer base to increase and expand Energy Recovery's position as the world leader in the water market. Assigned territories will include all Central and South American countries.Major Duties Responsibilities:
  • Meetorexceedassignedquotabycreatingandexecutinga territorysalesplan,ensuring
  • thatsalespipelineremainsfull withqualifiedleadsandprospects
  • Makeregularvisitstoprospects/customers/partners/consultants/relevanttradeshowsoneachoftheassignedcountriestodeveloppositiveworkingrelationships,buildpipelinewithqualifiedleads,growrevenuesfromnewandexistingaccounts,andtoeducatecustomers

  • Adherestoallcompany policies,proceduresandbusinessethicscodes
  • Developbusinessplans,salesprocesses,andstrategiesforassignedmarketsthatensuresattainmentofcompanysalesgoalsandprofitability

  • Preparationofproposals,presentations,revenuegoalsettings,aswellassalestraining
  • Engageaspartofthesalesteamonanysalesteamsstrategies,forMPDstrategicsellingprocessrequired
  • Workeffectivelywithinternalsupportdepartments(Marketing,Accounting,Legal,etc.)whereverandwheneverneeded
  • ControlTravelamp;Entertainmentexpensestomeetbudgetguidelines
  • ToreporttoSeniorManagementonsalesmetrics,opportunitiesandthreads
  • EnsureaccurateandcompleteinformationiscapturedinCustomerRelationshipManagementsystem(CRM)

Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relation management
  • Experience working within a sales team and coordinating with peers and leaders
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service when needed
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
