Marketing Campaign Director (Panama - Remote)

We're a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We help the world's biggest brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video.

You will:

• Manage and develop a team of Campaign Managers
• Help drive delivery, optimizations and troubleshooting across influencer marketing campaigns
• Drive Strategy and create best in class processes to ensure timely delivery of activity
• Be a trusted source of data, insight and context for Sales amp; Customer Success teams
• Support troubleshooting of campaigns when needed
• Help drive automations to streamline workflows
• Deliver regular reports on KPI's and campaign results
• Provide updates on ROI on each project against planned ROI

Requirements

• Experience working with large brands and corporations
• Experience managing a team of 5-20 people
• Experience executing TikTok campaigns
• Digital marketing knowledge and experience in campaign management
• Ability to translate numbers into impactful, concise messages via reports for a broad audience
• Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation capabilities
• A highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail and analytical
